Saturday Session
Sorry crew late notice.....Tomorrow's run 6am from the green opposite Fifth Element, Little Stanley St, Southbank (near where Active Stride used to be)
Time: 6am start til 8am
What: 2 hour run + breaky!! I will be doing the Parkrun with Beginners at 7am if anyone is keen to join!!
