We are heading to Southbank this week and finishing off our long run with Parkrun!
Where: Meet at Streets Beach, near the Southbank, near the Surf Club Restaurant
Parking: Park in the Southbank underground carpark for $2! in after 5am out by 9am. Park in the middle near the pay station, and the exit will bring you out near Max Brenners and the stairs!
What: 1.5hour run!
Warm up of 55mins, then Southbank Parkrun starting at 7am (5km). Finishing with Parkrun is a great idea as it really helps to push you through the last 5km. Don't feel like a long run? Just meet us there for Parkrun!

What's Coming up?
BRS Trail Running Camp
A fantastic opportunity to try something different, improve your trail running and have an awesome time!!!!
What: 2.5 days, 2 night running camp focussed on Trail running in preparation for BRS on Tour, Run the Whitsunday Great Walk and generally to improve your trail running.
What: all runners are welcome! A base 10km level of fitness is the only requirement!!
When: Friday 30th May 5pm – Sunday 1st June 12noon 2014

Cost: $255 per person
What’s included:
Coaching, practice and training on challenging off road trails.

6th April: Nerang State Forest Trail run 9km, 17km,25km,50km (if you are coming On Tour, I would highly recommend starting to participate in these trail events)
27th April: Anzac Day Run 12km, 6km
