Saturday session and Cooks update

Saturday Session

This week is a rest week, so we are taking full advantage of this and arriving later on Saturday morning.  If you would like to start at 6am I am sure there will be others in the same boat.  Or, you could meet us at 6:30 for an easy 5km followed by Park Run.  We will see everyone back at the meeting point at 7:30am to sort out breaky.

When: Saturday 8th July

Where: Meet on the Stairs of the Southbank Surf Club

Time:
6am - 7:30am (no coaches)
6:30 - 7:30 (5km warm up followed by park run)

Cost: $2 (please pay coaches at end of training)

Followed by breakfast.

Cook Islands

With less than 3 months to go until Cook Island on tour event, things are heating up.  If you are following the lead up program, this week is a rest week (yeah) an easy 15km.  But, get ready for next week being 27km.  From there it is a constant increase up to 30km, an event practice run and finally two weeks of taper before the event.

Watch out for our build up campaign to get you motivated and excited, coming soon.

Our uniforms should be ready soon, so keep an eye out for these also.
