We depart Brisbane on Friday 22nd September, however as we go over the date line, we arrive in the Cook Islands on Thursday 21st September - hence the travel dates 21-29 September.

Lead up Program:
We wish to support you in every way to reach your Cook Islands Running Goals, whether that be completing the 31km or 10km main event.
We will commence our official lead up program on Monday 27th February assuming a base of 10km.
More to come on that.

Time: 6am-7:30am or early bird start at 5:30am
What: A long run, a long walk, a walk-run, parkrun, the choice is yours! Just come along and make your 2017 goals and aspirations a reality!
Followed by a swim, coffee, breaky, chats!
Parking: Don't forget only $2 to park under Southbank until 9am or 10am with a parkrun token
This Sunday 29th is Race 5 of the South East Queensland Trail Running Series, to be held at Bunyaville.
There are a number of BRSers competing in this race, so good luck to all of them. Supporters would be greatly appreciated.
