Firstly, a BIG Thanks to Dan and Nick for their support in keeping BRSers on the running straight and narrow while the BRS Coaches took a short break.....break from homelife, but not from running.
Matt L and I completed some amazing runs and strength and conditioning sessions at Noosa and Tewantin. Running is such a great way to familiarise yourself with a holiday location. After one run, we knew where an awesome fruit and vege shop was, the ferry terminal, best fish and chips, healthy smoothie specialists, best river swim spot, local coffee haunts and places for the kids to ride!
I know Matt and Liss have been checking out the Tassie running scene, making the most of running in a different location.
We are now all back on board and look forward to seeing you all next week!

OK with a minimum of 24 and max of 36, we are certainly going to make the use of the Southbank Lagoon after our long run in the morning.
