"WANT TO TRAIN HARDER? THEN STOP UNDER RECOVERING"
What: BTS has arranged for their expert nutritionist Sally Garrad to hold a seminar focusing on recovery. Sally will be talking about the importance of hydration and nutrition and how it impacts on recovery. We have been invited along to attend.
When: Monday 7th February @ 6:30pm
Where:Ship Inn, Southbank (seminar room where we had our party)
How Much: The seminar is free of charge and savories will be provided after.
Change to Run Time on Monday 7th Feb
Due to the nutrition seminar discussed above, BRS training will start at 5:30pm on Monday 7th Feb to allow members to attend the seminar.
We anticipate the seminar not commencing until 6:45pm, so we should have time to have a quick bird bath before.
Lunch Time Runs
Darren Henry, one of our colaboration partners at Fit 4 Travel, is wondering if anyone of our members would like to join him for some lunch time runs. He is currently running 3-4 times a week during his lunch break and is looking for some company.
He has proposed to meet at Southbank or Coronation Drive. If anyone would be interested in a lunch time run, and some ery interesting chats about travel, let us know and we will forward the deatils on to Darren.
