Saturday Session
For those interested in a long run this Saturday, details are below:
When: Saturday 26 Nov 6:30am
Where: meet outside Ship Inn
What: try the West End Loop (follow path to Westend, Riverside drive, up Dornoch Terrace and Glastone Road back to Southbank....or out and back)
Duration: 1-1.5 hours.
Plenty of coffee/breaky spots to choose from afterwards.
PARKING: Don't forget EARLY MORNING BREAKFAST SPECIAL ONLY $2
Monday to Sunday. Enter after 5am and exit before 9am at Southbank Carpark

Where: Suttons Beach, Redcliffe
When: Saturday 19th November
Time: 6:30am
What: Long Run followed by some water running.
What to Bring: Running gear, swimming gear, drink bottle,
Cost: $2 (to cover lollies and drink).
There are some nice cafe's up there at Redcliffe, so be ready for a lovely breakfast afterwards!

Thursday Night, Saturday Morn & Sat Morn
Cool Night Classic Tomorrow Night
Tomorrow night we have the PWC 5km Cool Night Classic.
Kick off is 5:15pm
Matt and I will be there by 4:45pm
We can watch bags/bikes etc for those BRSers running.
Meet us at the QUT side of the Goodwill Games Bridge.
Saturday Session
Many of you are competing in the Mt Cootha Moustash Run on Sunday including Matt & I.
Those of you not participating, why not get together for a run and market adventure!
Location: New Farm Park Rotunda
Time: 6:30am
What: why not try the Storey Bridge 13km loop backwards!!
Cost: Free
Markets are on for post run treats and coffee.
Mousdash This Sunday
Don't forget to get your pack on Saturday from the Paddington Hotel 1-4pm
Kick off 6:30am!

Congrats our Triathletes & Saturday Sessions
Congrats Noosa Triathletes
Well last weekend was the famous Noosa Triathon. For two of our BRSers what a better place to complete your first Olympic Distance Triathlon.
2 of our favourites, Claire and Matt S were all nerves at dinner on Friday night but come Sunday, they turned those nerves into adrenalin, speed, and energy!!
Congratulations to both who finished in style in hot, humid conditions. Claire beat her predicted time by 9 mins. Matt S smashed it, exceeded his own expectations, maybe he has found a new sporting career!!
Well done to the other BRSers who swam, cycled or ran!!
Saturday Sessions
Saturday sessions are important for a well rounded running program, as it allows you to get your long runs in, 10km plus.
Also it is a good opportunity for a social coffee/breaky outing!!
We now have these sessions every Saturday, however with me having other sporting/coaching commitments, and Matt's shift work it makes it difficult for us to make it every week, so we are changing the structure a little.

the BRS calendar, blog, and facebook will be updated every Wednesday evening with location and time. Sorry for the delay last week. We will still try to mix it up with locations.
Cost changes:
- If Matt and I are available, we will come along to join you followed with refreshments as usual. To cover these, session cost = $2
- If we are unavailable, therefore, no refreshments, the session is free!
