Time: 6am – 7:30am

What: long run, followed by Coffee, Yarps, and Shopping!!!!!! Why not finish with some Christmas shopping at Active Stride!

BRS – Ho Ho Ho…its Holiday Party time!

Bring on our Annual Holiday and Birthday Party this Saturday night 7^th December at the Fox Hotel.

I can’t wait to see the costumes for our Murder Mystery Party and to present our BRS awards for 2013!
