In 2014, we are keen for all our runners to start...continue....or ramp up there commitment to health, running, and well-being in 2014! When you see our calendar, we have heaps of events to keep you motivated and committed to your running goals
In 2014, we continued to be committed to using our coaching and BRS culture to challenge every runner to better their running, fitness and help them reach their life goals. In 2014, we want you to explore, test, and challenge your running, fitness and confidence at every opportunity. To help you, this year we will add a focus on Trail and off road running. It challenges you physically, mentally and your senses!!

2014 BRS On Tour
This week we finalised our on Tour for 2014, posted it on Facebook and emailed all members.
This year we are heading to the gorgeous Airlie Beach to participate in the 28km off road Whitsunday run!
- one of the most beautiful places in Australia (if not the world)
- you get to enjoy Whitsunday hospitality & all it has to offer
- you get to do it all in school holidays - catering for teachers, parents, and families!!

After these few days of rain....comes the heat again.
We are going to start and finish our Run from Southbank for a well deserved jump in the lagoon when we finish
Where: Meet at Streets Beach, near the Southbank, near the Surf Club RestaurantParking: Park in the Southbank underground carpark for $2! in after 5am out by 9am. Park in the middle near the pay station, and the exit will bring you out near Max Brenners and the stairs!
What: 1-1.5hr run, followed by a dip in the Southbank lagoon, so bring your towel! plus coffee and breaky for those who can stick around
When: kick off 6am - 7:30am run
Matt, Arn and I are really excited about 2014!
