Nerang Trail Run Series
Saturday 12th July

The 3rd event of the series - 12km.

BRS Sessions: Some of you are asking if we will be training the Monday 7th July.  there will be NO session on the Monday, after a full on weekend, its an opportunity to do your own light recovery run and we will be back on Wednesday 9th July.

I know many of you are aiming for events at the Brisbane Marathon Festival a month later, but here are some other events you may be interested in.

Brisbane Sky Run in July (the old Mousdash!)
Sunday July 13th

This is no average ‘fun run’, it’s tough (tougher than most we think), which makes conquering it that much sweeter.

The Brisbane Sky Run offers a brand new challenge in the heart of the running season on Sunday July 13.
Both the 5km & 10.5km courses take you up and over the Mt Coot-tha Summit, Brisbane’s highest peak.  We’ll have some great entertainment on-course to keep you moving and prizemoney up for grabs if you think the course records are within reach.
It’s time to set your sights higher – join us on Sunday July 13 and take up the challenge.

Sumerset Rail Trail Fun Run
Sunday July 13th

12th Somerset Rail Trail Fun Run.  Challenge yourself on the 8.3km or 3km run along the historic Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, join in the festivities at the finish line and then take in the sights, sounds and tastes of our unique tourist destinations to “make a day of it”.

Jetty2Jetty Sunday July 20th

Half Marathon, 10km, 5km - a nice scenic run at Redcliffe.

Happy Running
Renae & Matt
