Where: UQ Athletics Centre Carpark, Macgregor Dr, St Lucia
What: 1.5 hour long run followed by breakfast at St Lucy's. The new cafe at the Tennis Centre.

15 Tribune St, Southbank
What: Early dinner so the members with kids can come too and have them home in a reasonable hour. Those of you wishing to party on, there are heaps of options in and around Southbank.
Mt Tamborine interland Sports Festival
Good luck to every one venturing to Mount Tamborine this weekend to compete in the Sports Festival.
