Talk to us about how we can help you formulate and achieve these goals. We offer personalised running programs designed specifically to achieve your individual goal. eg, finishing a 10km run, a faster event time, or completing your first half or full marathon. Here are a few options.

Option 1 Personalised Running Program + analysis:
1 x 60min briefing and analysis sessions: here we analyse your running technique, full posture and gait analysis, heart rate tests, flexibility etc, provide feedback, gather information from you on goals, personal commitments and other data to enable us to design a program that best suits your goal and needs.
2 x fortnightly personalised programs per month (focussed on improving your running and obtaining your fitness goals), including nutritional and cross training advice, on-line access to us, your coaches for any advice/questions
Pricing = $50 per month + $60 for the full analysis and briefing session

Option 2 Personalised Running Program:
Complete an on-line form to gather personal information and goals.
2 x fortnightly personalised programs per month (focussed on improving your running and obtaining your fitness goals), including nutritional and cross training advice, on-line access to us, your coaches for any advice/questions
Pricing = $50 per month

2011 BRS Sessions

We are back to normal from tonight 03rd January, Monday & Wednesday 6pm-7pm leaving from the Ship Inn at Southbank and our fortnightly Saturday sessions from 15 January at various locations (see calendar for details).
