2012...the year to enjoy running like you never have before!!!
and.......of course BRS is the place to do it!!!
Over the next month, I am keen to find out your BRS goals for 2012.
they could be something like:
- to make new friends
- to join more Saturday sessions to get in long runs (& chats over breaky)
- to run a faster 10km
- to complete a 1/2 marathon event
- to complete a marathon
- to improve your running technique
- to enjoy hill running!
- to improve your time trial time!
- to attend more BRS social events
- to set a great fitness example for friends and family
- to leave work on time and make more sessions!
No matter what your BRS goal.....Matt and I are here to help you achieve it.
Saturday Session
Our 1st 2012 Saturday run 7/1...be there
Where: New Farm Park Rotunda
When: 6:30am
What: Long run (1.15-1.5hrs)
Cost: $2 to cover refreshments
FYI Markets aren't on, so shouldn't have any dramas parking.
