Saturday's Run and Tough Mudder Training

Saturdays Run

Where: Boxing Express, 87 Main St, Kangaroo Point
What time: 6am - 8am
When: Saturday 1st June
What: Long run, for 2 hours.  If you don't want to run for 2 hours, you can turn up at 7am for a 1 hour run.

Tough Mudder Training

We will be meeting at the usual Saturday morning spot, Boxing express, 87 Main st, Kangaroo Point.  Be sure to be there 10 minutes early so we can get training bang on 6am.
Get ready for the PAIN!
