Our Tough Mudders started this week on their 13 week program. This Saturday is our first Saturday session with Ally at P4P Cross Fit, Kangaroo Point.

Sunday - Our Beginners Graduate
This Sunday our beginners put all their hard work into practice.
If you are able to...come along and compete in the 10km or 5km and cheer them on.
What: St Lucia Rotary Fun Run
When: 10km starts at 8am and 5km at 8:15am
Our beginners are finishing with a celebratory lunch at the Regatta!! Settling in for the afternoon. its been a great 10 weeks.
