7:15-8:15: Introduction to Shoes Feet Gear our running gear sponsors, a Trail Running Workshop + presenting our Members of the Month
8:15-9:30am: Browse Shoes Feet Gear + Breaky at a cafe near the shop!!!
Anyone is welcome to come along!!!
We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE those attending the Trail Running Workshop and BRS On Tour to attend to find out about the gear required for trail running and injury prevention for trail running.
