Saturday Session - Trail Run

ADDED VALUE this weekend, you can follow your trail run with a 1 hour tough mudder style session.

Trail Run

Meet Matt L for a Mount Cootha run.

When:  Saturday 16th May

Time: 6am to 7:30am

Where: Meeting Point, Car Park, on Sir Samual Griffth Drive, opposite Birdwood Terrace (where the toilets are!), JC Slaughter Falls Picnic Area.

What: a Trail run on and around Mt Cootha.

Breaky: 8:00am at the Regatta Hotel!!

Cost: $2

PLUS..............if you are keen, Matt L is conducting a Tough Mudder like session at 7:30-8:30am from Slaughter Falls. Feel free to stay for some added PAIN
