Trainer: Troy O’Shea
A little about Troy: is a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning coach and Pilates Instructor, coaching a number of Brisbane/Qld sporting organisations including the AFLQ umpires from community to the AFL level. He has also done significant work with QAS Strength Coach Michael Davie.
Troy is a keen triathlete, picking up the Australian Title for the 25-29 year age group in 2011 and subsequently competing at the World Championships placing 4th in his age group. Over the past 12 months he has turned his focus to training other athletes in the area of Strength and conditioning, seeing amazing results.
A word from Troy: “In the sessions we work on running technique, core activation, specific muscular endurance, specific strength exercises for running and glute activation. You will get a lot out of these sessions and they are sure to improve your running and take you to the next level.”
Strength and Conditioning for Runners Package:
Duration: 6 weeks
Time: Thursday nights 6-7pm
When: Thursday 19th April – Thursday 25th May
Cost: $60 in total – so only $10 a class!

If you are planning to do long distance events at Gold Coast and starting to increase your weekly KMs, I would highly recommend this session to keep you strong and doing the thing you love...RUNNING!!!
