BRS on Tour Update and Competition


Update: 
This year's BRS on tour event is taking us to the Sydney Running festival.
We have 20 people booked in, YEY I can't wait!


I am still waiting to hear from the organisers whether we can register a team for this, will keep you posted. 


Design Competition:
Each year we have a special singlet for our BRS on Tour. We have had a great suggestion to open up a design competition to design the BRS on tour singlet. 
Guidelines:
1. Design for a singlet
2. Must include the BRS on Tour logo (as above) and location, i.e. Sydney Running Festival September 2012
3. Submit as a picture file
4. No colour or other design restrictions


Due Date: 
Design must be submitted by 31 July 2012


Judging: 
The winner will be chosen by our Sponsors - Live4theRun


PRIZE:
$200 from Mizuno  - maybe a new pair of shoes.....new running gear....backpack - choice is yours!!


Saturday Session:


Let's try for New Farm again after our session was rained out last week (well I know of 2 people who braved it) 
Long run Saturday is here!!
When: Saturday 5th May 2012
Time: 6:30am for a 1.5 hour run or 6am for a 2hr run
Meet: New Farm Park Rotunda
Cost: $2

With less than 9 weeks to go until Gold Coast Marathon Festival, I hope to see everybody out for the long or extra long run!!


Brisbane Marathon Festival - entries open

Yes we have registered a team - when you enter, search for Brisbane Run Squad. 


There are no discount team entries for this event, but join as BRS, it is always good to run with a TEAM
