Saturday Session
6am - 7:45am (option 2)
Where: Meet on the steps of the Southbank Surf Club at Streets Beach, Southbank
What: Long Run with plenty of options.......
- Option 1: Start at 5:45am, do 3.3km loop, then join the 6am starters on 2 x laps of Parkrun loop, followed by Parkrun event, finish off with 1.5km warm down (total 20km). Highly recommended for those competing in the Cadbury Marathon.
- Option 2: Start at 6am, 2 x laps of park run (or an hour run) followed by Parkrun event (total 15km)
- OR 1.5 hour Run......total - whatever
- NOTE: Parkrun meeting point has moved to the green opposite the River Quay.
Kurrawa 2 Duranbah 15km, 30km, 50km
Just a reminder that the Gold Coast 50 is coming up. If our team, Brisbane Run Squad, can get at least 10 competitors we will be provided with a 3 x 3 marquee, table, chairs, esky, ice and liquid refreshments, free of charge.
We are nearly there, if not there already, but the more the merrier and with so many options it's a
no-brainer!
