When:  Saturday  12th September 2015

Time:  6am - 8am

           
Where: Meet in the Brisbane Botanical Gardens Carpark, Mt Cootha Rd, Toowong

What: 2 options:

           

           1. Trail Run around Mt Cootha trails with Matt L

           2. Long Run heading towards the Regatta Hotel

Then: well earned breakfast at Kuta Cafe on the top of the Mountain.

Note: 5-6 week turnaround on uniforms, expected delivery early November. You must attend training to collect your uniform.
